What payment method do you accept?

We accept Mastercard, VISA and American Express with PayPal. When you pay with PayPal, you do not expose your credit card number to us.

What shipping options are available?

Once your order has been placed, we will use our own carrier (FedEx) to ship the items to your destination. No other shipping options are provided at this time.

How secure is my online order?

PayPal uses the latest technology and proprietary procedures to protect the security of its members transactions. We encourage you to carefully review PayPal’s Data Security and Encryption page to answer questions about PayPal’s industry-leading protection policies.

May I make orders by mail or fax?

At this time all eStore products are available only through our secure online eStore. If you have a question or need special assistance with a purchase, please contact our Order Department at vx_estore@astigp.com.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final on products purchased on the eStore page. Refunds are not available.

If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item you may contact the Order Department at vx_estore@astigp.com and we will contact you with instructions for replacement.
