VisionXtreme on-line eStore is located in Singapore. We can deliver directly to residents in most countries. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to Post Office Box numbers.
VisionXtreme orders usually delivered within 48 hours for local shipment and within 3-5 days for international shipment, unless a product is listed as ‘Non-stock’ or on backorder. Occasionally, a high volume of requests or stock shortage may delay dispatch. Availability is indicated in the VisionXtremeeStore Products List. Please note that we cannot guarantee to ship an item the day the order is placed.
The shipping service is subjected to payment clearance, system failure, delivery location, products being in stock, and any shut-down periods. While all reasonable efforts will be made to provide this service, VisionXtreme will not be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, consequential damage and damages for loss or interruption of business, in the event that any item ordered via this service does not arrive within the specified period. If you do not receive your order after the specified shipping period, please contact our Customer Service.
Shipping cost is calculated automatically in VisionXtreme order form. You will be able to view your total shipping charges at the time you place your order.

NOTE: If you live in South Africa, New Zealand, Hong Kong or Brazil, the carrier (FedEx) will charge you for appropriate taxes and pay them to the appropriate authorities. This tax will not appear on your order during the checkout process.
Once your order has been placed, we will use our own carrier (FedEx) to ship the items to your destination. Please note that products may be delayed for purposes of customs clearance.
